Regulations needed for ratification

Mar 9 :RECENTLY Health Minister Datuk Dr Chua Soi Lek said Malaysia would ratify the World Health Organisation Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) by the end of 2005. This tobacco treaty became an international law from Feb 27.
