UCSI University 10th Annual Public Health Campaign 2011

The UCSI University Pharmacy Student Association (UCSIUPSA) of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences is organising its 10th Annual Public Health Campaign 2011 at the Berjaya Megamall Kuantan, Pahang, on the 9th and 10th of July 2011 from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Themed “Care for Health, Prevent Obesity”, the Campaign objective for this 10th Annual Public Health Campaign is to increase public awareness on obesity and its prevention, since obesity is one of the risk factors for many other chronic diseases. This Campaign will include an exhibition in the form of posters, printed information, and power point presentations on the Campaign themes, as well as free screening tests for the public which include waist-to-hip ratio measurement, blood pressure test, body fat test and blood glucose test.
